Zero Gravity Communications’ campaigns aim to inspire women to shatter stereotypes

Brands are leaving no stone unturned to highlight the contribution of women at the workplace on the occasion of International Women’s Day. Conceptualized by Zero Gravity Communications, these campaigns reaffirm the significance of women in the workforce and inspire them to break gender stereotypes.

2Baconil’s campaign establishes that while there are pre-defined notions in society, women also need to be inclusive of each other and break their biases. The film starts with a conversation amongst three working women who discuss the stereotypes by which they are judged in society however, they end up doing the same to a newly hired woman employee. One of the three women help them realize that women must first stop being judgmental amongst themselves before they expect others to break the stereotypes, they must be the first ones to do so.

Another campaign, ‘Break the Bias’ by Vadilal Enterprises, inspires women to break the stereotypes at the workplace. The salient feature of the campaign is a 1-minute-long film that highlights the role of women employees in the company’s growth. It is now live on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. The campaig9n reaffirms the significance of challenging gender bias by highlighting women employees in traditionally male-dominated roles such as sales, manufacturing, etc.

“We are glad to partner with 2baconil and Vadilal Enterprise in their endeavor to make a difference in the lives of women. Centered on this year’s theme, ‘Break the Bias’, the underlying message of these campaigns is to motivate women to come out of the traditional mold and raise the bar. Both of these campaigns are receiving an encouraging response. I thank my enthusiastic team of #theideapeople for their collaborative efforts,” comments Khushboo Solanki Sharma, Founder, Zero Gravity Communications.

Both of these campaigns are live on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram.
