Connected TV Asia Awards 2026: Step-by-Step Nomination Process

We are excited to announce that nominations for the Connected TV Asia Awards 2026 are free of charge for submission. However, to ensure a smooth process, please follow the steps outlined below and keep in mind that all winning entries will incur a fee.

Step 1: Submission of Entries

Deadline: 17th March 2026
You are eligible to submit entries if you are an agency, brand, publisher, or tech facilitator who has worked on any Connected TV (CTV) campaign in India or Southeast Asia (including Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc.).

1. Any campaign undertaken from April 2025 onwards is eligible for nomination.

2. Unlimited entries can be submitted, and there is no cost to submit any number of entries.

3. Important: While you can submit as many entries as you wish, please ensure that the number of entries is aligned with your budget. If your entries win, you will be required to pay INR 20,000 + taxes per winning entry, and this fee is non-negotiable once the results are announced.

4. Each entry must be submitted using the forms available on the website.

Important: Submissions without the official nomination form or submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Step 2: Screening and Evaluation Process

Deadline: Up to 15th April 2026
Once you have submitted your entries, the jury panel of the Connected TV Asia Awards will begin evaluating all the nominations. The jury’s decision will determine which campaigns are selected as winners.

Please ensure your entries are complete and provide all necessary details to give your campaign the best chance of success.
Step 3: Notification of Winning Entries

Date: 22nd April 2026
If your entry has been selected as a winning campaign, you will receive an official notification via email on 22nd April 2026. The email will include:

a. A list of your winning entries.
b. An invoice for INR 20,000 + taxes per winning entry.

Important: Once a nomination is declared a winner, you cannot withdraw the entry from the awards process. This means that upon receiving the winning notification, you will be obligated to pay the invoiced amount.
Step 4: Payment Process for Winning Entries

Deadline: 25th April 2026
Upon receiving the invoice for your winning entries, you must complete the payment by 25th April 2026. Failure to make payment by this date may result in your entries being disqualified from the awards process.

Step 5: Awards Ceremony

Date: 8th May 2026

The awards ceremony will take place on 8th May 2026 as part of the Connected TV Asia Symposium & Awards at Courtyard by Marriott, Gurugram. During the event, the winning campaigns will be officially announced and celebrated. Attendance at the event is highly encouraged for all participants, especially those with winning entries.

Key Conditions and Reminders

  1. Unlimited Submissions at No Cost: You are allowed to submit as many entries as you wish, at no cost, during the nomination process.
  2. Invoicing of Winning Entries: If your entry is declared a winner, you will be invoiced INR 20,000 + taxes per winning entry.
  3. No Withdrawal of Winning Entries: Once an entry is notified as a winner, it cannot be withdrawn, and you are obligated to pay the invoice amount.
  4. Align Entries with Your Budget: Ensure that the number of nominations you submit is in line with your budget, as you will be required to pay for all winning entries once announced.
  5. Payment Deadline: All payments must be made by 25th April 2026. Failure to settle the invoice by this date may result in disqualification.
