ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & APPLICATION PROCESS
- You must be at least 18 years old and under 40 years of age as of 1st September, 2025.
- Applications will only be considered valid if all required fields on the form below are fully completed and the requisite fee is paid.
- Once submitted, entries cannot be withdrawn or modified.

- Nominations will be shortlisted by the Agency Reporter Editorial Board after the submission window closes.
- Each jury member will receive a random set of shortlisted entries to objectively evaluate and rate.
- The last date to submit nominations is 5th September 2025.

- November 2025 onwards – Jury evaluation (Virtual)
